My 2025 Wellness Wisdom!

Being chosen as the feature interview in the Nob Hill Gazette’s January Quizlette, was not only an honor, but it was so much fun! My conversation with editor Jennifer Pardini, rolled like we were old friends, with me sharing my personal insight into wellness, cuisine and culture in San Francisco, and the Bay Area in 2025.


Smaller Breasts are In!

Smaller breasts are finally getting their due, as covered in The Wall Street Journal’s review of Sarah Wilder’s book, TIT’S UP. I was thrilled that they prominently featured my insights and opinions about the growing trend toward natural and proportionate breast surgery results. As I shared, “the male-centric aesthetic of large implants are trending out”. Most women are now wanting natural looking breasts, breasts that accommodate their lifestyle—not just for show.
